LOCL.NET provides residential and business Internet access and related services as described on our website and in your service order. Actual speeds may vary based on equipment, location, and network conditions.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a service agreement with LOCL.NET. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and for all activity on your account.

3. Installation & Equipment

Installation appointments, equipment provided, and any associated fees will be described at the time of sign-up. See our Billing Policy for fee details.

4. Fees & Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan as described in our Billing Policy, including recurring charges, applicable taxes, and any one-time fees.

5. Acceptable Use

Use of the Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of Service.

6. Service Availability

Service availability depends on your location and network capacity. LOCL.NET does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Service and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOCL.NET is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate Service as described in our Billing Policy. LOCL.NET may suspend or terminate Service for violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

LOCL.NET may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
